Baytree houses are for men and women aged 18 to 65 who are recovering from an episode of mental ill health
or emotional distress. They are suitable for clients who are recovering, but
still need a supportive environment in which to address concerns related to their illness and rebuild their lives.
Clients are usually referred by a social worker, doctor, or health professional. Social services
then carry out community care assessments on each potential client to determine
whether they are suitable to live with the balance of independence and support that we provide.
