Registered Care Homes

Baytree Lodge is a Registered Care Home providing the highest level of support that the Baytree Group offers. It is suitable for people with higher levels of needs.

Supported Tenancy

All the Baytree Supported Group Homes fall into this category. These houses are suitable for service users who are well enough to live semi-independently, but appreciate having support to call on as and when required. Staff members are on site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Cushioned by the practical and emotional support offered by Baytree staff, service users gradually rebuild their living skills and move further down the road to full recovery. Our aim is that residents will eventually transfer from here to accommodation with only residual or floating support.

Semi Independent Studio Flats

At Marlborough Cottage there are 10 self contained studio flats. There is a member of staff on site 24 hours a day. The communal lounges enable service users to gain support and company from other residents and staff members. This is the penultimate phase of the continuum of care before the service user seeks his or her independent permanent accommodation.

Company owned flats in the community can be provided for there moving on with arragements with the Local Authority for our provision of Floating support.

Floating Support

After building a relationship with service users over many months, Baytree continue s this when service users leave and move into independent housing. Baytree staff visit clients to ensure they are coping as well as Staff are also available to contact 24 hours a day, should a resident come into difficulties. This service buffer the transition from living in Baytree houses to living independently again. It is designed to promote ongoing recovery and reduce the possibility of relapse.
